MONDAY 15th
Pathfinder Beavers – 6.00pm to 7.00pm – Safety Part 1
Beavers should arrive at the Scout Hut between 5.45pm and 5.55pm. On arrival all Beavers should pay their subs to a leader and order tuck if they wish. Beavers should wear uniform and please bring an apron if they have one.
Monday Cubs – 7.00pm to 8.30pm – Climbing Wall/ Soft Archery
Cubs should meet at the scout hut between 6.45pm and 6.55pm. On arrival, cubs should sign in at the leader table and order tuck if they wish to. Cubs should wear full uniform and wear trainers.
Explorers Group 1 + 2– 7.00pm to 9.00pm– District Shooting and Archery Competition
Explorers should meet at Wolvey CofE Primary School at 7.00pm and should be picked up at 9.00pm. Explorers do not need to wear uniform. If anyone has any problems getting to and from Wolvey, please contact Meeky before 5.30pm.
Explorers that are part of Acko’s group shout meet at the Scout Hut at the normal time of 7.30pm and do not need to wear uniform.
TUESDAY 16th
Woodward Beavers – 6.00pm to 7.00pm – Safety Part 1

Scouts should arrive at the Scout Hut between 6.45pm and 6.55pm. On arrival Scouts should sign in at the leader table and pay their subs. Scouts must wear full uniform and bring changedown clothes.
WEDNESDAY 17th
Wilson Scouts – 7.00pm to 9.00pm – Ready Steady Cook
Scouts should arrive at the Scout Hut between 6.45pm and 6.55pm. On arrival Scouts should pay their subs to a leader and order tuck if they want any. Scouts must wear full uniform and bring changedown clothes.
THURSDAY 18th
Barlow Beavers – 6.00pm to 7.00pm – Challenge Night
Beavers should arrive at the Scout Hut between 5.45pm and 5.55pm. On arrival all Beavers should pay their subs to a leader. Beavers should wear uniform.
Walton Cubs – 7.00pm to 8.30pm – Climbing Wall/ Soft Archery

FRIDAY 19th
No Activities
SATURDAY 20th to SUNDAY 21st
District Beaver Sleepover at Conkers
Beavers who have booked onto this sleepover should be dropped off at the Odeon Cinema Car Park, Nuneaton, at 9.00am on Saturday and should be picked up from the same place at 11.00am on Sunday. Beavers must wear full uniform and bring a coat and suitable footwear for outdoors. Beavers should also bring a packed lunch and a named water bottle.
