MONDAY 17th
Pathfinder Beavers – 6.00pm to 7.00pm – Games Night
Beavers should arrive at the Scout Hut between 5.50pm and 6.00pm. On arrival Beavers should pay their subs to a leader and order tuck if they wish. Beavers should wear uniform and bring a coat.
Monday Cubs – 6.30pm to 8.00pm – Athletes Badge
Cubs are meeting away from the scout hut this week.
Cubs should meet by Bedworth Swimming Baths at 6.30pm, and should be picked up from the same place at 8.00pm. Cubs should wear full uniform and bring a coat.

Explorers – 7.30pm to 9.30pm – The “Beduff” Run
Explorers should arrive at the Scout Hut beyween 7.20pm and 7.30pm. On arrival Explorers should sign in at the leaders table and bring changdown clothes. Explorers should wear full uniform and bring changedown clothes.
TUESDAY 18th
Woodward Beavers – 6.00pm to 7.00pm – Games Night
Beavers should arrive at the Scout Hut between 5.50pm and 6.00pm. On arrival Beavers should pay their subs to a leader and order tuck if they wish. Beavers should wear uniform and bring a coat.
Hopkins Cubs – 7.00pm to 8.30pm – Athletes Badge
Cubs are meeting away from the scout hut this week.
Cubs should meet by Bedworth Swimming Baths at 7.00pm, and should be picked up from the same place at 8.30pm. Cubs should wear full uniform and bring a coat.

Haddon Scouts – 7.00pm to 9.00pm – Team Leader/Team Work
Scouts should arrive at the Scout Hut between 6.45pm and 6.55pm. On arrival Scouts should sign in at the leader table and pay their subs. Scouts should wear full uniform and bring changedown clothes.
Scouts who are going on Strategy Camp should bring along their main rucksack to leave at the Scout Hut.
WEDNESDAY 19th
Wilson Scouts – 7.00pm to 9.00pm – Incident Hike
Scouts should arrive at the Scout Hut between 6.30pm and 6.55pm. On arrival Scouts should sign in at the leader table and pay their subs. Scouts do not need to wear uniform, but should come dressed to be outdoors all night with sensible footwear and a waterproof coat.
Scouts who are going on Strategy Camp should bring along their main rucksack to leave at the Scout Hut.
THURSDAY 20th
Barlow Beavers – 6.00pm to 7.00pm – Games Night
Beavers should arrive at the Scout Hut between 5.50pm and 6.00pm. On arrival Beavers should pay their subs to a leader and order tuck if they wish. Beavers should wear uniform and bring a coat.
Walton Cubs – 7.00pm to 8.30pm – Athletes Badge
Cubs are meeting away from the scout hut this week.

Strategy Camp Scouts
Scouts who are going on Strategy Camp and were not able to bring their rucksack along on their troop night must bring it up between 6.30pm and 7.00pm.
FRIDAY 21st to SUNDAY 23rd
Scouts Strategy Camp
Scouts who are booked onto this camp should meet at the Scout Hut at 5.30pm on Friday wearing their group T-shirt, long walking trousers (not jeans) , walking boots or strong shoes and a warm coat. They should also bring along with them a day sack containing a waterproof cagoule (or similar), waterproof over trousers, any medications required, a reusable water bottle & sun cream.
Scouts will be returning to the Scout Hut at 5.30pm on Sunday. If there are any delays caused by traffic or similar these will be posted on the Group Facebook Page.
SUNDAY 23rd
DofE Bronze – Training Day
Those who are booked onto the Bronze DofE training day should meet at the Scout Hut at 7.30am. We will aim to arrive pack at the Scout Hut at 5.30pm and will keep people updated if this changes.
You will need: Walking gear, walking boots, full set of waterproofs (coat and trousers), a day sack (rucksack that will fit waterproofs, food and water for the day), a packed lunch and a water bottle.
