Pathfinder Beavers – 6.00pm to 7.00pm – Beaver Book reader
Beavers should arrive at the Scout Hut between 5.45pm and 5.55pm. On arrival all Beavers should pay their subs to a leader and order tuck if they wish. Beavers should wear uniform.
Monday Cubs – 7.00pm to 8.30pm – Community Dog Visit
Cubs should meet at the scout hut between 6.45pm and 6.55pm. On arrival, cubs should sign in at the leader table and order tuck if they wish to.
Thursday Cubs are welcome to attend on Monday or Tuesday night as well as their normal weekly meeting if they wish.
Explorers Group 1 + 2– 7.30pm to 9.30pm– Film, Costume & Prop Making
Explorers should arrive at the scout hut between 7.15pm and 7.25pm. On arrival explorers should pay their subs to a leader. Explorers should wear full uniform and bring changedown clothes.
TUESDAY 18th

Haddon Scouts – 6.30pm to 8.30pm – World Challenge Part 1
We will be meeting at The Nook, The Willows, Bedworth CV12 0NX
Please note change of time as well as venue.
Scouts should be dropped off at the Nook at 6.30pm and be picked up at 8.30pm. Scouts should not wear uniform. Scouts need to wear very old clothes that are suitable for the weather conditions as we will be out of doors all night whatever the weather.

We will be meeting at The Nook, The Willows, Bedworth CV12 0NX

THURSDAY 20th
Barlow Beavers – 6.00pm to 7.00pm – Cooking (Part 1)
Beavers should arrive at the Scout Hut between 5.45pm and 5.55pm. On arrival all Beavers should pay their subs to a leader. Beavers should wear uniform.
Walton Cubs – 7.00pm to 8.30pm – Extreme Challenge
Cubs should meet at the scout hut between 6.45pm and 6.55pm. On arrival, cubs should sign in at the leader table and order tuck if they wish to. Cubs must wear full uniform.
Thursday Cubs are welcome to attend on Monday or Tuesday night as well as their normal weekly meeting if they wish, as service dogs are unfortunately only able to visit us on Monday and Tuesday.

SATURDAY 22nd
Cubs Equestrian Badge
Cubs who have booked onto the Equestrian Day should be dropped off at Willow Farm, Kings Newnham lane, Bretford, Rugby, CV23 0JU at 3.30pm and should be collected at 6.15pm. Cubs need to wear long trousers, not jeans, and wear boots or wellies, not trainers. Cubs should also take a waterproof coat.
There are a few spaces left on this event. Any cub wishing to book on must hand in their payment (£20) on their cub night this week along with the cubs height and weight so the stables can get ready the correct horses.
SATURDAY 22nd to SUNDAY 23rd
PL. & APL Practical Skills Weekend
Patrol Leaders and Assistant Patrol leaders who are booked onto this weekend should arrive at the Scout Hut at 9.00am on Saturday. This event will finish around 6.00pm on Sunday.
