MONDAY 20th
Pathfinder Beavers – 6.00pm to 7.00pm – Cyclist Badge
Beavers should arrive at the Scout Hut between 5.45pm and 5.55pm. On arrival all Beavers should pay their subs to a leader and order tuck if they wish. Beavers should wear uniform. Beavers please bring your own bike and helmet with you.
Monday Cubs – 6.30pm to 8.00pm – Navigation
Cubs should meet at the scout hut between 6.15pm and 6.25pm. On arrival, cubs should sign in at the leader table and order tuck if they wish to. Cubs should wear full uniform and bring a coat.
Explorers – 7.30pm to 9.30pm – Wide Games at Five Ways Lakes
Explorers should arrive at Five Ways Lakes between 7.15pm and 7.25pm. Please dropoff in the bottom car park and pickup from the bottom car park. The carpark can only be used as a turning circle and parents/carers cannot stay at Five Ways during the activity. Please sign in with Meeky on arrival. Explorers do not need to wear uniform.

Woodward Beavers – 6.00pm to 7.00pm – Cyclist Badge

Haddon Scouts – 7.00pm to 9.00pm – World Faiths and International
Scouts should arrive at the Scout Hut between 6.45pm and 6.55pm. On arrival Scouts should sign in at the leader table and pay their subs. Scouts should wear full uniform and bring changedown clothes.
WEDNESDAY 22nd
Wilson Scouts – 7.00pm to 9.00pm – Survival Skills
Scouts should arrive at the Scout Hut between 6.45pm and 6.55pm. On arrival Scouts should sign in at the leader table and pay their subs. Scouts should wear full uniform and bring changedown clothes.
THURSDAY 23rd
Barlow Beavers – 6.00pm to 7.00pm – Cyclist Badge
Beavers should arrive at the Scout Hut between 5.45pm and 5.55pm. On arrival all Beavers should pay their subs to a leader and order tuck if they wish. Beavers should wear uniform. Beavers please bring your own bike and helmet with you.

Friday 24th
D of E Bronze Final Planning & Kit Check
7.00pm – 9.00pm. Everybody participating in the expedition on Saturday should bring their packed rucksack with them, ready for the weekend. Please also bring with you the clothes (and walking boots) you will be wearing on the Saturday!
Friday 24th – Sunday 26th
Cub Narrowboat Weekend
Dropoff at the Scout Hut at 5.00pm. Pickup from the Scout Hut on Sunday 26th at 6.00pm. Please ensure all Health forms are returned by Thursday 23rd May at the latest.
Saturday 25th – Sunday 26th
D of E Bronze Expedition
Meet at the Scout Hut at 8.30am on Saturday and pickup from the Scout Hut at 5.30pm on Sunday. If you need any information please contact Charlie.
