Pathfinder Beavers – 6.00pm to 7.00pm – Tent Pitching/Campfire cooking
Beavers should arrive at the Scout Hut between 5.45pm and 5.55pm. On arrival all Beavers should pay their subs to a leader. Beavers should wear uniform.
Explorers Group 1 – 7.30pm to 9.30pm– Service Night
Explorers should arrive at the scout hut between 7.15pm and 7.25pm. On arrival explorers should pay their subs to a leader. Explorers should wear full uniform and bring changedown clothes.
Explorers Group 2 – 7.30pm to 9.30pm – Backwoods Cooking
Explorers should arrive at the scout hut between 7.15pm and 7.25pm. On arrival explorers should pay their subs to a leader. Explorers should wear full uniform and bring changedown clothes.
TUESDAY 24th
Woodward Beavers – 6.00pm to 7.00pm – Tent Pitching/Campfire cooking
Beavers should arrive at the Scout Hut between 5.45pm and 5.55pm. On arrival all Beavers should pay their subs to a leader. Beavers should wear uniform.
Hopkins Cubs – 7.00pm to 8.30pm – Backwoods cooking
Cubs should arrive the scout hut between 6.45pm and 6.55pm. On arrival all Cubs should pay their subs to a leader. Cubs should wear uniform and bring a coat.
Haddon Scouts – 7.00pm to 9.00pm – Round Town/Local Knowledge
Scouts should arrive at the Scout Hut between 6.45pm and 6.55pm and go straight to the Leader’s Table in the Small Hall to sign in, pay subs and order tuck if they want any. Scouts should wear full uniform and bring a change of old clothes.
WEDNESDAY 25th
Wilson Scouts – 7.00pm to 9.30pm – Navigation Challenge
Scouts will be finishing at a later time of 9.30pm this week.
Scouts should arrive at the Scout Hut between 6.45pm and 6.55pm. On arrival Scouts should pay their subs to a leader and order tuck if they want any. Scouts do not need to wear uniform, but should dress appropriately to be outdoors and should wear strong shoes or boots. Scouts should also bring a refillable water bottle.
THURSDAY 26th
Barlow Beavers – 5.45pm to 7.00pm – Park (Games)
Beavers are meeting at Bedworth Park, NOT at the Scout Hut
Beavers should meet at Bedworth park, next to the swimming baths, at 5.45pm and should be collected from the same place at 7.00pm. On arrival all Beavers should pay their subs to a leader. Beavers should wear sensible clothing as the night will be spent outside. Parents are welcome to stay and join in with the fun and games.
Walton Cubs – 7.00pm to 8.30pm – Backwoods cooking
Cubs should arrive the scout hut between 6.45pm and 6.55pm. On arrival all Cubs should pay their subs to a leader. Cubs should wear uniform and bring a coat.
SATURDAY 28th to TUESDAY 31st
Cubs Summer Camp
Cubs who have booked onto this camp should arrive at the Scout Hut at 12.30pm on Saturday 28th July, and should be collected from the Scout Hut at 5.30pm on Tuesday 31st July. Everyone must wear full uniform when travelling to and from camp.
SATURDAY 28th to SATURDAY 4th AUGUST
Scout/Explorer Summer Camp
Scouts/Explorers who have booked onto this camp should arrive at the Scout Hut at 9.00am on Saturday 28th July, and should be collected from the Scout Hut at 2.30pm on Saturday 4th August. Everyone must wear full uniform when travelling to and from camp.
