CHANGE: Beavers are meeting at the Scout hut this week, NOT 5 Ways as mentioned in the newsletter
Beavers should arrive at the Scout Hut between 5.45pm and 5.55pm. On arrival all Beavers should pay their subs to a leader. Beavers should wear uniform.
Explorers – 7.00pm to 9.00pm– Canoeing
Explorers are meeting at 5 Ways Lakes, not the scout hut.
Explorers should arrive at 5 Ways Lakes between 6.50pm and 7.00pm, and should be picked up at 9.00pm. On arrival explorers should pay their subs to a leader. Explorers should wear old clothes, and bring a complete change of clothes and a towel.

TUESDAY 26th
Woodward Beavers – 6.00pm to 7.00pm – Catapults

Hopkins Cubs – 7.00pm to 8.30pm – Pioneering Challenge
Cubs should arrive at the scout hut between 6.45pm and 6.55pm. On arrival all Cubs should pay their subs to a leader. Cubs should wear full uniform and bring a coat.
Haddon Scouts – 7.00pm to 9.00pm – Disc Golf
Scouts should arrive at the Scout Hut between 6.45pm and 6.55pm and go straight to the Leader’s Table in the Small Hall to sign in, pay subs and order tuck if they want any. Scouts do not need to wear uniform.
WEDNESDAY 27th
Wilson Scouts – 7.00pm to 9.00pm – Pioneering
Scouts should arrive at the Scout Hut between 6.45pm and 6.55pm. On arrival Scouts should pay their subs to a leader and order tuck if they want any. Scouts should wear full uniform and bring a change of old clothes.
THURSDAY 28th
Barlow Beavers – 6.00pm to 7.00pm – Creative Night

Walton Cubs – 7.00pm to 8.30pm – Pioneering Challenge
Cubs should arrive at the scout hut between 6.45pm and 6.55pm. On arrival all Cubs should pay their subs to a leader. Cubs should wear full uniform and bring a coat.
FRIDAY 29th to SUNDAY 1st
Evolution
Explorers who have booked onto Evolution Camp should be dropped of at the Scout hut at 5pm on Friday, and will arrive back at the Scout hut at 6pm on Sunday
Pioneering Camp
Scouts who have booked onto this event should be dropped off at 5 Ways Lakes at 6.00pm on Friday, and should be collected at 3.00pm on Sunday. Scouts do not need to wear uniform on this camp.
