MONDAY 3rd
Pathfinder Beavers – 6.00pm to 7.15pm – Kayaking @ Five ways
Beavers are meeting at Five Ways Lakes, not at the Scout Hut
Beavers should arrive at Five Ways Lakes between 5.50pm and 6.00pm. Beavers do not need to wear uniform, but should wear old clothes suitable for going on the water. They will also need a full change of clothes and a towel.
Please drop off and pick up from the bottom car park. The car park can only be used as a turning circle and parents/carers cannot stay at Five Ways during the activity. Please sign in with the leaders on arrival.

Monday Cubs – 6.30pm to 8.00pm – Obstacle Course Night
Cubs should meet at the scout hut between 6.15pm and 6.25pm. On arrival, cubs should sign in at the leader table and order tuck if they wish to. Cubs should wear full uniform and bring a coat.
Explorers – 7.30pm to 9.30pm – Group 1 Kayaking @ Five Ways
Explorers should arrive at Five Ways Lakes between 7.20pm and 7.30pm. Explorers do not need to wear uniform but should wear old clothes suitable for going on the water. They will also need a full change of clothes and a towel.

Haddon Scouts – 7.00pm to 9.00pm – Outdoor Games Night
Scouts should arrive at the Scout Hut between 6.45pm and 6.55pm. On arrival Scouts should sign in at the leader table and pay their subs. Scouts do not need to wear uniform but should wear suitable clothes and footwear for being outdoors.
WEDNESDAY 5th
Wilson Scouts – 7.00pm to 9.00pm – Survival Skills
Scouts should arrive at the Scout Hut between 6.45pm and 6.55pm. On arrival Scouts should sign in at the leader table and pay their subs. Scouts should wear full uniform and bring changedown clothes.
THURSDAY 6th
Barlow Beavers – 6.00pm to 7.15pm – Kayaking @ Five ways

FRIDAY 7th to SUNDAY 9th
District Llangorse Trip
Scouts and Explorers who are booked onto The District Llangorse trip should meet in Screwfix Car Park, Nuneaton at 6.00pm on Friday. Scouts and explorers will be back for pick up from the same place at approx. 7.00pm on Sunday. Uniform is not required but everyone must travel in group t-shirts. If you do not have a group t-shirt then you will need to wear uniform.
