MONDAY 9th
Pathfinder Beavers – 6.00pm to 7.00pm – Problem Solving
Beavers should arrive at the Scout Hut between 5.45pm and 5.55pm. On arrival all Beavers should pay their subs to a leader. Beavers should wear uniform.
Explorers Group 1 – 7.00pm to 10.00pm– Blind Drop
Explorers should arrive at the scout hut between 6.45pm and 6.55pm. On arrival explorers should pay their subs to a leader. Explorers do not need to wear uniform but should wear suitable clothes for walking outside.
Explorers Group 2 – 7.30pm to 9.30pm– Pub Games
Explorers should arrive at the scout hut between 7.15pm and 7.25pm. On arrival explorers should pay their subs to a leader. Explorers should wear full uniform and bring changedown clothes.
TUESDAY 10th
Woodward Beavers – 6.00pm to 7.00pm – Problem Solving
Beavers should arrive at the Scout Hut between 5.45pm and 5.55pm. On arrival all Beavers should pay their subs to a leader. Beavers should wear uniform.
Hopkins Cubs – 7.00pm to 8.30pm – Water Games
Cubs should arrive at the scout hut between 6.45pm and 6.55pm. On arrival all Cubs should pay their subs to a leader. Cubs should wear old clothes and shoes, and bring a full change of clothes and a towel.
Haddon Scouts – 7.00pm to 9.00pm – World Challenge Activities
Scouts should arrive at the Scout Hut between 6.45pm and 6.55pm and go straight to the Leader’s Table in the Small Hall to sign in, pay subs and order tuck if they want any. Scouts should wear full uniform and bring a change of old clothes.
WEDNESDAY 11th
Wilson Scouts – 7.00pm to 9.00pm – Shelter Building & Firemaking
Scouts should arrive at the Scout Hut between 6.45pm and 6.55pm. On arrival Scouts should pay their subs to a leader and order tuck if they want any. Scouts should wear full uniform and bring a change of old clothes.
THURSDAY 12th
Barlow Beavers – 6.00pm to 7.00pm – World Cup
Beavers should arrive at the Scout Hut between 5.45pm and 5.55pm. On arrival all Beavers should pay their subs to a leader. If you have a football top then you are welcome to wear it.
Walton Cubs – 7.00pm to 8.30pm – Water Games
Cubs should arrive at the scout hut between 6.45pm and 6.55pm. On arrival all Cubs should pay their subs to a leader. Cubs should wear old clothes and shoes, and bring a full change of clothes and a towel.
FRIDAY 13th to SUNDAY 15th
Cubs Narrowboat Weekend
Cubs who have booked onto this event should be dropped off at the Scout Hut at 5.30pm on Friday, and should be picked up at 6.00pm on Sunday. Cubs do not need to wear uniform, but please wear a group t-shirt if you have one.
SATURDAY 14th
Beavers Sports Day
Beavers who are booked onto the sports day should be dropped off the Pingles Leisure Centre in Nuneaton at 2.00pm, and should be collected at 4.00pm.
