Saint George’s Day Parade 2019

This St George’s Day event is for all members to attend in full smart uniform (Smart trousers e.g. school trousers no jeans etc... and school type shoes, not trainers). All Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Explorers and uniformed adults are expected to attend unless they have a very good reason not to attend. Anyone unable to attend is expected to contact Woody before the start of the Parade. We will meet up in the quadrangle in front of Bedworth Almshouses between 1.00 pm and 1.15 pm. Pick up will be the same place at around 3.30 pm.

Anyone unable to attend is expected to contact Woody before the start of the Parade. We will meet up in the quadrangle in front of Bedworth Almshouses between 1.00 pm and 1.15 pm. Pick up will be the same place at around 3.30 pm.

The Parade will be from the Almshouses to Bedworth Civic Hall where the service and presentation event will be held. Afterwards we will parade back to the Almshouses. Parents are welcome to stay and watch the event, and subject to space they will be welcome to join in the event at the Civic Hall. If the weather is dry we will not be wearing coats. Please wear a smart waterproof coat if it is raining or looks like it will rain on the day. Please bring some change for a collection that will be donated to this year’s good cause.
