Pathfinder Beavers – 6.00pm to 7.00pm – Christmas Fun
Beavers should arrive at the Scout Hut between 5.45pm and 5.55pm. On arrival all Beavers should pay their subs to a leader and order tuck if they wish. Beavers should wear uniform.
Monday Cubs – 7.00pm to 8.30pm – Pioneering
Cubs should meet at the scout hut between 6.45pm and 6.55pm. On arrival, cubs should sign in at the leader table and order tuck if they wish to. Cubs should wear full uniform and bring a coat.
Explorers – 7.45pm to 10.00pm– Ice Skating
Explorers should meet at Planet Ice, Coventry, not the Scout Hut. Explorers do not need to wear uniform.
TUESDAY 4th
Woodward Beavers – 6.00pm to 7.00pm – Christmas Fun

Hopkins Cubs – 7.00pm to 8.30pm – Pioneering
Cubs should meet at the scout hut between 6.45pm and 6.55pm. On arrival, cubs should sign in at the leader table and order tuck if they wish to. Cubs should wear full uniform and bring a coat.
Haddon Scouts – 7.00pm to 9.00pm – Craft
Scouts should arrive at the Scout Hut between 6.45pm and 6.55pm. On arrival Scouts should sign in at the leader table and pay their subs. Scouts must wear full uniform and bring changedown clothes.
WEDNESDAY 5th
Wilson Scouts – 7.00pm to 9.00pm – Troop Night/Patrol Leaders Forum
Scouts should arrive at the Scout Hut between 6.45pm and 6.55pm. On arrival Scouts should pay their subs to a leader and order tuck if they want any. Scouts must wear full uniform and bring changedown clothes.
THURSDAY 6th
Barlow Beavers – 6.00pm to 7.00pm – International Christmas
Beavers should arrive at the Scout Hut between 5.45pm and 5.55pm. On arrival all Beavers should pay their subs to a leader and order tuck if they wish. Beavers should wear uniform.
Walton Cubs – 7.00pm to 8.30pm – Pioneering
Cubs should meet at the scout hut between 6.45pm and 6.55pm. On arrival, cubs should sign in at the leader table and order tuck if they wish to. Cubs should wear full uniform and bring a coat.
FRIDAY 7th to SUNDAY 9th
Scout Winter Camp
Scouts/Explorers who have booked onto this camp should arrive at the Scout Hut at 7.30pm on Friday, and should be picked up at 4.00pm on Sunday. Scouts/Explorers do not need to wear uniform on this camp, however please wear group blues/t-shirts if you have them.
