MONDAY 10th
Pathfinder Beavers – 6.00pm to 7.00pm – Christmas Party
Beavers should arrive at the Scout Hut between 5.45pm and 5.55pm. On arrival all Beavers should pay their subs to a leader and order tuck if they wish. Beavers do not need to wear uniform and can wear Christmas jumpers.
Monday Cubs – 7.00pm to 8.30pm – Christmas Craft
Cubs should meet at the scout hut between 6.45pm and 6.55pm. On arrival, cubs should sign in at the leader table and order tuck if they wish to. Cubs should wear uniform.
Explorers – 7.30pm to 9.30pm– Christmas Party
Explorers should meet at the scout hut between 7.15pm and 7.25pm and should sign in and pay their subs to a leader. Explorers do not need to wear uniform.
TUESDAY 11th
Woodward Beavers – 6.00pm to 7.00pm – Christmas Crafts
Beavers should arrive at the Scout Hut between 5.45pm and 5.55pm. On arrival all Beavers should pay their subs to a leader and order tuck if they wish. Beavers can wear Christmas jumpers or party clothes.
Hopkins Cubs – 7.00pm to 8.30pm – Christmas Crafts
Cubs should meet at the scout hut between 6.45pm and 6.55pm. On arrival, cubs should sign in at the leader table and order tuck if they wish to. Cubs should wear uniform.
Haddon Scouts – 7.00pm to 9.00pm – Christmas Party
Scouts should arrive at the Scout Hut between 6.45pm and 6.55pm. On arrival Scouts should sign in at the leader table and pay their subs. Scouts do not need to wear uniform. Please bring an item of food or drink to share.
WEDNESDAY 12th
Wilson Scouts – 7.00pm to 9.00pm – Christmas Party
Scouts should arrive at the Scout Hut between 6.45pm and 6.55pm. On arrival Scouts should pay their subs to a leader and order tuck if they want any. Scouts do not need to wear uniform. Please bring an item of food or drink to share.
THURSDAY 13th
Barlow Beavers – 6.00pm to 7.00pm – Christmas Craft
Beavers should arrive at the Scout Hut between 5.45pm and 5.55pm. On arrival all Beavers should pay their subs to a leader and order tuck if they wish. Beavers should wear uniform.
Walton Cubs – 7.00pm to 8.30pm – Christmas Craft
Cubs should meet at the scout hut between 6.45pm and 6.55pm. On arrival, cubs should sign in at the leader table and order tuck if they wish to. Cubs should wear uniform.

SATURDAY 15th
Beavers Christmas Crafts & Party
Beavers who have booked onto this event should be dropped off at the scout hut at 11am and should be picked up at 4pm. Beavers will have the opportunity to make a range of Christmas Crafts, before having a chip lunch and then followed by a Christmas Party.
SUNDAY 16th
Bag Packing at Morrisons Holyhead Road Coventry
Scouts and Explorers have the opportunity to Bag Pack at Morrisons on Holyhead road, Coventry.
There is a morning shift and an afternoon shift. Scouts & Explorers can only do one shift. The morning shift need to meet the duty leader outside the main entrance to the store at 9.45pm and they will bag pack until 1.00pm.
The afternoon shift need to meet the duty leader outside the main entrance to the store at 12.45pm and they will bag pack until 4.00pm
Everyone taking part on a bag pack needs to be clean and tidy and wear full and immaculate uniform. As we will be in a public place representing Scouting everyone’s behaviour must be excellent at all times. The Leader in Charge on the day may refuse to allow anyone to take part in the bag pack whose cleanliness, smartness or behaviour is not of the highest standard.
