MONDAY 13th
Pathfinder Beavers – 6.00pm to 7.00pm – Helpful Beaver
Beavers should arrive at the Scout Hut between 5.45pm and 5.55pm. On arrival all Beavers should pay their subs to a leader. Beavers should wear uniform.
Explorers Group 1 & 2 – 7.00pm to 10.00pm – BBQ at Coombe Abbey
Explorers should arrive at the scout hut between 6.50pm and 6.55pm. On arrival explorers should pay their subs to a leader. Explorers do not need to wear uniform, but should dress for the weather. Explorers will be back at the Scout Hut around 10.00pm
TUESDAY 14th
Woodward Beavers – 6.00pm to 7.00pm – Helpful Beaver
Beavers should arrive at the Scout Hut between 5.45pm and 5.55pm. On arrival all Beavers should pay their subs to a leader. Beavers should wear uniform.
Hopkins Cubs – 7.00pm to 8.30pm – Mums v Cubs
Cubs should arrive the scout hut between 6.45pm and 6.55pm. On arrival all Cubs should pay their subs to a leader. Cubs should wear uniform and bring a coat.
Adults are invited to stay and join in the activities
Haddon Scouts – 7.00pm to 9.00pm – Geocaching
Scouts should arrive at the Scout Hut between 6.45pm and 6.55pm and go straight to the Leader’s Table in the Small Hall to sign in, pay subs and order tuck if they want any. Scouts do not need to wear uniform, but should dress appropriately for the weather as we will be outdoors all night.
WEDNESDAY 15th
Wilson Scouts – 7.00pm to 9.00pm – Target Sports
Scouts should arrive at the Scout Hut between 6.45pm and 6.55pm. On arrival Scouts should pay their subs to a leader and order tuck if they want any. Scouts do not need to wear uniform, but should dress appropriately to be outdoors.
THURSDAY 16th
Barlow Beavers – 6.00pm to 7.00pm – Creative Night
Beavers should arrive at the Scout Hut between 5.45pm and 5.55pm. On arrival all Beavers should pay their subs to a leader. Beavers should wear uniform.
Walton Cubs – 7.00pm to 8.30pm – Mums v Cubs
Cubs should arrive the scout hut between 6.45pm and 6.55pm. On arrival all Cubs should pay their subs to a leader. Cubs should wear uniform and bring a coat.
