County Get In Camp

Friday Night
All Cubs, Scouts, Explorers & Beavers who are going to camp on Friday Night should arrive at the Scout Hut at the time that they have been allocated. Each individual’s departure time is highlighted on the written information sheet they were given in the last two weeks. The time they have been given will be 5.15pm, 6.00pm or 6.30pm. As they will be travelling to and from camp in minibuses and we have around 70 people to transport it is very important that everyone arrives at their correct time.

It is also very important that everyone’s kit is packed in something suitable that they can carry from the drop off point at Bramcote to their camp site. No black bags or carrier bags please! Please make sure the bags are clearly labelled so that everyone will be able to identify which bags are theirs as we will have around 70 peoples kit in a van.
Everyone needs to wear correct uniform and bring all of the items on the kit list. All items must be clearly labelled with their name or initials.

Saturday
Beavers who are travelling to camp on Saturday should meet at the Scout Hut at 8.00am on Saturday morning. They need to wear correct uniform and bring all of the items on the kit list. All items must be clearly labelled with their name or initials.

Sunday
We hope to be returning from Camp between 5.15pm and 6.30pm. Please refer to the written information sheet to find the time of our intended time for each group. These times can only be approximate though as around 4000 people will be leaving camp and there may be traffic congestion or similar. Please keep an eye on Facebook as we will do our best to post regular updates on Sunday afternoon.
