Monday Beavers – 6.00pm to 7.00pm – St George’s Day
Beavers should arrive at the scout hut between 5.45pm, and 5.55pm. On arrival all Beavers should pay their subs to a leader. Beavers should wear uniform
Explorers – 7.30pm to 9.30pm – Service Night
Explorers should arrive at the Scout Hut between 7.15pm and 7.25pm. Explorers should wear full inform and bring changedown clothes suitable for outdoors.
TUESDAY 17th
Woodward Beavers – 6.00pm to 7.00pm – St George’s Day
Beavers should arrive at the scout hut between 5.45pm, and 5.55pm. On arrival all Beavers should pay their subs to a leader. Beavers should wear uniform
Hopkins Cubs – 7.00pm to 8.30pm – St George’s Day
Cubs should arrive at the scout hut between 6.45pm and 6.55pm. On arrival all Cubs should pay their subs to a leader. Cubs should wear full uniform and bring a coat.
Haddon Scouts – 7.00pm to 9.00pm – Master at arms/Badge work/ Skills challenge
Scouts should arrive at the scout hut between 6.45pm and 6.55pm. Upon arrival, scouts should pay their subs and order tuck if they want any. Scouts should wear uniform.
WEDNESDAY 18th
Wilson Scouts – 7.00pm to 9.00pm – Outdoor Skills
Scouts should arrive at the scout hut between 6.45pm and 6.55pm. Upon arrival, scouts should pay their subs and order tuck if they want any. Scouts should wear uniform.
THURSDAY 19th
Barlow Beavers – 6.00pm to 7.00pm – St George’s Day
Beavers should arrive at the scout hut between 5.45pm, and 5.55pm. On arrival all Beavers should pay their subs to a leader. Beavers should wear uniform.
Walton Cubs – 7.00pm to 8.30pm – St George’s Day
Cubs should arrive at the scout hut between 6.45pm and 6.55pm. On arrival all Cubs should pay their subs to a leader. Cubs should wear full uniform and bring a coat.

St George’s Day Parade
This St George’s Day Event is for all members of the Group to attend in full smart uniform (Smart trousers e.g. school trousers no jeans etc.. and school type shoes not trainers). All Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Explorers and uniformed adults are expected to attend unless they have a very good reason not to attend. Anyone unable to attend is expected to contact Woody before the start of the Parade.
We will meet up in the quadrangle in front of Bedworth Almshouses between 100pm and 1.15pm. Pick up will be the same place at around 3.30pm. The Parade will be from the Almshouses to Bedworth Civic Hall where the service and
presentation event will be held. Afterwards we will parade back to the Almshouses. Parents are welcome to stay and watch the event and subject to space they will be welcome to join in the event at the Civic Hall.
If the weather is dry we will not be wearing coats, please wear a smart waterproof coat if it is raining or looks like it will rain on the day. Please bring some change for a collection that will be donated to this year ’s good cause
