Pathfinder Beavers – 6.00pm to 7.00pm – Experiment night
Beavers should arrive at the Scout Hut between 5.45pm and 5.55pm. On arrival all Beavers should pay their subs to a leader. Beavers should wear uniform.
Explorers Group 1 + 2– 7.30pm to 9.30pm– Takeshi’s castle
Explorers should arrive at the scout hut between 7.15pm and 7.25pm. On arrival explorers should pay their subs to a leader. Explorers do not need to wear uniform, but should bring a towel and a full change of clothes
TUESDAY 21st
Woodward Beavers – 6.00pm to 7.00pm – Experiment night
Beavers should arrive at the Scout Hut between 5.45pm and 5.55pm. On arrival all Beavers should pay their subs to a leader. Beavers should wear uniform.
Hopkins Cubs – 7.00pm to 8.30pm – Wide Game
Cubs are meeting at Rough Close, NOT at the Scout Hut.
Cubs should meet in the Rough Close car park at 6.45pm, and should be picked up from the same place at 8.30pm. Cubs do not need to wear uniform, but should wear their necker, strong shoes and a coat.

Haddon Scouts – 7.00pm to 9.00pm – Ballista Madness
Scouts should arrive at the Scout Hut between 6.45pm and 6.55pm and go straight to the Leader’s Table in the Small Hall to sign in, pay subs and order tuck if they want any. Scouts do not need to wear uniform, but should dress appropriately for the weather as we will be outdoors all night.
WEDNESDAY 22nd
Wilson Scouts – 7.00pm to 9.00pm – Ballista Madness
Scouts should arrive at the Scout Hut between 6.45pm and 6.55pm. On arrival Scouts should pay their subs to a leader and order tuck if they want any. Scouts do not need to wear uniform, but should dress appropriately to be outdoors.
THURSDAY 23rd
Barlow Beavers – 6.00pm to 7.00pm – Challenge Night
Beavers should arrive at the Scout Hut between 5.45pm and 5.55pm. On arrival all Beavers should pay their subs to a leader. Beavers should wear uniform.
Walton Cubs – 7.00pm to 8.30pm – Wide Game
