Monday Beavers – 6.00pm to 7.00pm – Pets at Home
Beavers are meeting at Pets at Home, not the scout hut.
Beavers should meet outside Pets at Home, Gallagher Retail Park, at 5.50pm in full smart uniform, and should be picked up from the same place at 7.00pm.
Explorers – 7.30pm to 9.30pm – Crystal Maze
Explorers should arrive at the Scout Hut between 7.15pm and 7.25pm. Explorers should wear full uniform and bring changedown clothes that are suitable to wear outdoors.
TUESDAY 23rd
Woodward Beavers – 6.00pm to 7.00pm – Challenge Night
Beavers should arrive at the scout hut between 5.45pm, and 5.55pm. On arrival all Beavers should pay their subs to a leader. Beavers should wear uniform
Hopkins Cubs – 7.00pm to 8.30pm – Burns Night
Cubs should arrive at the scout hut between 6.45pm and 6.55pm. On arrival all Cubs should pay their subs to a leader. Cubs should wear full uniform and bring a coat.
Haddon Scouts – 7.00pm to 9.00pm – International Meeting Night
Scouts should arrive at the scout hut between 6.45pm and 6.55pm. Upon arrival, scouts should pay their subs and order tuck if they want any. Scouts should wear full uniform and bring changedown clothes.
WEDNESDAY 24th
Wilson Scouts – 7.00pm to 9.00pm – Emergency Aid
Scouts should arrive at the scout hut between 6.45pm and 6.55pm. Upon arrival, scouts should pay their subs and order tuck if they want any. Scouts should wear full uniform and bring changedown clothes.
THURSDAY 25th
Barlow Beavers – 6.00pm to 7.00pm – Animal Friend
Beavers should arrive at the scout hut between 5.45pm, and 5.55pm. On arrival all Beavers should pay their subs to a leader. Beavers should wear uniform.

Cubs who are going to this event day should be dropped off at the Scout Hut at 11.00am, and be picked up at 4.00pm. Cubs do not need to wear uniform, but should bring a packed lunch and a drinks bottle.
