Monday Beavers – 6.00pm to 7.00pm – Spooky Night
Beavers should arrive at the Scout Hut between 5.45pm and 5.55pm. Upon arrival beavers should pay their subs and order tuck if they want any. Beavers should either wear uniform or fancy dress.
Explorers – 7.30pm to 9.30pm – Halloween Games
Explorers should arrive at the Scout Hut between 7.15pm and 7.25pm. Explorers need to wear uniform and bring changedown clothes.
TUESDAY 31st
Woodward Beavers – 6.00pm to 7.00pm – Spooky Night
Beavers should arrive at the Scout Hut between 5.45pm and 5.55pm. Upon arrival beavers should pay their subs and order tuck if they want any. Beavers should either wear uniform or fancy dress
Hopkins Cubs – 7.00pm to 8.30pm – Fright Night
Cubs should arrive at the scout hut between 6.45pm and 6.55pm. On arrival all Cubs should pay their subs to a leader. Cubs should either wear uniform or scary fancy dress. There will be a prize for the best fancy dress.
Haddon Scouts – 7.00pm to 9.00pm – Point to Point
Scouts should arrive at the scout hut between 6.45pm and 6.55pm. Upon arrival, scouts should pay their subs and order tuck if they want any. Scouts should wear full uniform and bring changedown clothes that are suitable to wear outdoors.
WEDNESDAY 1st
Wilson Scouts – 7.00pm to 9.00pm – Woody’s Challange
Scouts should arrive at the scout hut between 6.45pm and 6.55pm. Upon arrival, scouts should pay their subs and order tuck if they want any. Scouts need to wear uniform and bring changedown suitable for wearing out of doors whatever the weather.
THURSDAY 2nd
Barlow Beavers – 6.00pm to 7.00pm – Spooky Night
Beavers should arrive at the scout hut between 5.45pm and 5.55pm. Upon arrival beavers should pay their subs and order tuck if they want any. Beavers should either wear uniform or fancy dress
Walton Cubs – 7.00pm to 8.30pm – Fright Night
Cubs should arrive at the scout hut between 6.45pm and 6.55pm. On arrival all Cubs should pay their subs to a leader. Cubs should wear uniform or scary fancy dress. There will be a prize for the best fancy dress.
FRIDAY 3rd – SUNDAY 5th
Cubs Winter Camp – Cubs booked onto this camp should arrive at the hut between 5.45pm and 6.00pm wearing full uniform and bringing along all of the kit that is listed on the information sheet that has already been circulated. Cubs should be collected from the Scout Hut at 3.00pm on Sunday
