MONDAY 24th
Pathfinder Beavers  – 6.00pm to 7.00pm – Pancake Day
Beavers should arrive at the scout hut between 5.45pm and 5.55pm. On arrival beavers should pay their subs at the leaders table and order tuck if they wish. Beavers should wear uniform.
Monday Cubs – 6.30pm to 8.00pm - Pancake Day
Cubs should arrive at the scout hut between 6.15pm and 6.25pm. On arrival cubs should pay their subs at the leaders table and order tuck if they wish. Cubs should wear full uniform.
Explorers – 7.30pm to 9.30pm – Pancake Day
Explorers should arrive at the Scout Hut between 7.15pm and 7.25pm. On arrival explorers should sign in at the leaders table and pay their subs. Explorers should wear full uniform and bring changedown clothes.
TUESDAY 25th
Woodward Beavers – 6.00pm to 7.00pm – Pancake Day

Hopkins Cubs - 7.00pm to 8.30pm - Pancake Day

Haddon Scouts – 7.00pm to 9.00pm - Expedition Challenge - Route

WEDNESDAY 26th
Wilson Scouts – 7.00pm to 9.00pm - Expedition Challenge - Route
