MONDAY 24th
Pathfinder Beavers – 6.00pm to 7.00pm – World Challenge Part 2
Beavers should arrive at the Scout Hut between 5.50pm and 6.00pm. On arrival Beavers should sign in at the leaders table and order tuck if they wish to. Beavers should wear uniform and bring a coat.
Monday Cubs – 6.30pm to 8.00pm – Gardener Part 2
Cubs should arrive at the Scout Hut between 6.20pm and 6.30pm. On arrival Cubs should sign in at the leaders table and order tuck if they wish to. Cubs should wear uniform and bring a coat.
Explorers – 7.30pm to 9.30pm – Community Night @ The Nook
Explorers should meet at the Nook between 7.20pm and 7.30pm. Explorers do not need to wear uniform but should wear clothes suitable for working outside.

TUESDAY 25th
Woodward Beavers – 6.00pm to 7.00pm – World Challenge Part 2
Beavers should arrive at the Scout Hut between 5.50pm and 6.00pm. On arrival Beavers should sign in at the leaders table and order tuck if they wish to. Beavers should wear uniform and bring a coat.
Hopkins Cubs – 7.00pm to 8.30pm – Gardener Part 2
Cubs should arrive at the Scout Hut between 6.50pm and 7.00pm. On arrival Cubs should sign in at the leaders table and order tuck if they wish to. Cubs should wear uniform and bring a coat.
Haddon Scouts – 7.00pm to 9.00pm – Hike
Scouts should arrive at the Scout Hut between 6.45pm and 6.55pm. Scouts do not need to wear uniform, but should wear their group necker. Scouts should also wear appropriate clothing and footwear for being oudoors.
WEDNESDAY 26th
Wilson Scouts – 7.00pm to 9.00pm – International Night
Scouts should arrive at the Scout Hut between 6.45pm and 6.55pm. On arrival Scouts should sign in at the leader table and pay their subs. Scouts should wear full uniform and bring changedown clothes.
THURSDAY 27th
Barlow Beavers – 6.00pm to 7.00pm – World Challenge Part 2
Beavers should arrive at the Scout Hut between 5.50pm and 6.00pm. On arrival Beavers should sign in at the leaders table and order tuck if they wish to. Beavers should wear uniform and bring a coat.
Walton Cubs – 7.00pm to 8.30pm – Gardener Part 2
Cubs should arrive at the Scout Hut between 6.50pm and 7.00pm. On arrival Cubs should sign in at the leaders table and order tuck if they wish to. Cubs should wear uniform and bring a coat.
FRIDAY 28th to SUNDAY 30th
Evolution Camp
Explorers who are booked onto Evolution Camp should meet at the Scout Hut at 6.30pm on Friday, and should be picked up from the Scout Hut at 5.30pm on Sunday. Uniform is not required this camp, however everyone needs to travel wearing a group t-shirt or hoody, their group necker, and the long trousers, footwear and waterproof coat they will be wearing for the main event on Saturday.
