MONDAY 25th
Pathfinder Beavers – 6.00pm to 7.00pm – Space Night Part 1
Beavers should arrive at the Scout Hut between 5.45pm and 5.55pm. On arrival all Beavers should pay their subs to a leader and order tuck if they wish. Beavers should wear uniform
Monday Cubs – 6.30pm to 8.00pm – Photography Part 1
Cubs should meet at the scout hut between 6.15pm and 6.25pm. On arrival, cubs should sign in at the leader table and order tuck if they wish to. Cubs should wear full uniform and bring a coat.
Explorers – 7.30pm to 9.30pm – Unit Night
Explorers should meet at the scout hut between 7.15pm and 7.25pm and should sign in and pay their subs to a leader. Explorers should wear full uniform and bring changedown clothes.
Explorers (Escape Room group) – 7.00pm to 10.00pm – Escape Room
Those explorers who have paid for the Escape Room activity should meet at the scout hut at 7.00pm, and will be back at the hut at around 10.00pm. Explorers do not need to wear uniform.
TUESDAY 26th
Woodward Beavers – 6.00pm to 7.00pm – Space Night Part 1
Beavers should arrive at the Scout Hut between 5.45pm and 5.55pm. On arrival all Beavers should pay their subs to a leader and order tuck if they wish. Beavers should wear uniform.
Hopkins Cubs – 7.00pm to 8.30pm – Photography Part 1
Cubs should meet at the scout hut between 6.45pm and 6.55pm. On arrival, cubs should sign in at the leader table and order tuck if they wish to. Cubs should wear full uniform and bring a coat.
Haddon Scouts – 7.00pm to 9.00pm – Wide Game
Scouts should arrive at the Scout Hut between 6.45pm and 6.55pm. On arrival Scouts should sign in at the leader table and pay their subs. Scouts do not need to wear uniform as we will be going to the park. Please wrap up warm and dress according to the weather and wear sensible footwear.
WEDNESDAY 27th
Wilson Scouts – 7.00pm to 9.00pm – Wide Game
Scouts should meet at Rough Close, not at the the Scout hut
Scouts should arrive at rough close at 6.55pm, and should be picked up at 9.oopm. Scouts do not need to wear uniform, but should wear sturdy footwear and suitable clothes for being outdoors. Subs will be collected as normal. Scouts should bring a torch.

Race Night
One of our biggest events of the year is here, Race Night 2019! Those who have bought tickets can collect them from the subs table this week.
