MONDAY 26th
Pathfinder Beavers – 6.00pm to 7.00pm – Games Night
Beavers should arrive at the scout hut between 5.45pm and 5.55pm. On arrival beavers should pay their subs at the leaders table and order tuck if they wish. Cubs should wear uniform.
Monday Cubs – 6.30pm to 8.00pm – Flag Pole Challenge
Cubs should arrive at the scout hut between 6.15pm and 6.25pm. On arrival cubs should pay their subs at the leaders table and order tuck if they wish. Cubs should wear full uniform and bring a coat.
Explorers – 7.30pm to 9.30pm – Water Fight
Explorers should arrive at the Scout Hut between 7.15pm and 7.25pm. On arrival Explorers should sign in and the leaders table and pay their subs. Explorers do not need to wear uniform, but should wear old clothes and bring a towel and a change of clothes.
TUESDAY 27th
Woodward Beavers – 6.00pm to 7.00pm – Games Night
Beavers should arrive at the scout hut between 5.45pm and 5.55pm. On arrival beavers should pay their subs at the leaders table and order tuck if they wish. Cubs should wear uniform.
Hopkins Cubs – 7.00pm to 8.30pm – Flag Pole Challenge
Cubs should arrive at the scout hut between 6.45pm and 6.55pm. On arrival cubs should pay their subs at the leaders table and order tuck if they wish. Cubs should wear full uniform and bring a coat.
Haddon Scouts – 7.00pm to 9.00pm – Wide Games @ Rough Close
Scouts are meeting at Rough Close Campsite, not at the Scout Hut.
Scouts should be dropped off at Rough Close at 7.00pm and should be picked up from the same place at 9.00pm. Scouts do not need to wear uniform but should long trousers, a long sleeve t-shirt and strong footwear.
