Pathfinder Beavers – 6.00pm to 7.30pm – Miners Welfare Walk
Beavers are meeting at the Miner’s Welfare park, NOT at the scout hut
Beavers should meet at Miner’s statue, opposite the Mayor’s cafe, at 6.00pm and should be collected from the same place at 7.30pm. On arrival all Beavers should pay their subs to a leader. Beavers should wear uniform.
Explorers Group 1 + 2– 6.00pm to 9.30pm– Canoeing
Explorers should arrive at the scout hut no later than 6.00pm to be ready to leave. On arrival explorers should pay their subs to a leader. Explorers do not need to wear uniform, but should bring a towel and a full change of clothes
TUESDAY 4th
Woodward Beavers – 6.00pm to 7.30pm – Miners Welfare Walk

Hopkins Cubs – 7.00pm to 8.30pm – Archery
Cubs should meet at the scout hut between 6.45pm and 6.55pm. On arrival, cubs should sign in at the leader table and order tuck if they wish to. Cubs must wear full uniform.
Haddon Scouts – 7.00pm to 9.00pm – Canoeing
Scouts are meeting at 5 Ways Lakes, NOT at the Scout Hut
Scouts should arrive at 5 Ways Lakes between 6.45pm and 6.55pm and should be collected from the same place at 9.00pm. Scouts do not need to wear uniform, but should wear old clothes and bring a change of clothes and a towel.

WEDNESDAY 5th
Wilson Scouts – 7.00pm to 9.00pm – First Night Back
Scouts should arrive at the Scout Hut between 6.45pm and 6.55pm. On arrival Scouts should pay their subs to a leader and order tuck if they want any. Scouts must wear full uniform and bring changedown clothes.
Any Scout who is unable to attend on Wednesday needs to contact us by 6.55pm on Wednesday to let us know they cannot attend. To let us know either call or text 07710113291, email [email protected] or leave a message on our Facebook page (1st Bedworth Scout Group).
We may be re-organising some of the Patrols on Wednesday so it is important that we know that any Scout not present still wishes to continue with his Troop membership, especially if they have not been attending regularly over the summer holidays.
THURSDAY 6th
Barlow Beavers – 6.00pm to 7.00pm – Safety
Beavers should arrive at the Scout Hut between 5.45pm and 5.55pm. On arrival all Beavers should pay their subs to a leader. Beavers should wear uniform.
Walton Cubs – 7.00pm to 8.30pm – Archery
Cubs should meet at the scout hut between 6.45pm and 6.55pm. On arrival, cubs should sign in at the leader table and order tuck if they wish to. Cubs must wear full uniform.
FRIDAY 7th to SUNDAY 9th
Back to Basics Camp
Scouts and explorers who are booked onto this camp should be dropped off at Rough Close campsite at 6.30pm on Friday, and should be collected at 3.00pm on Sunday. Uniform is not required for this camp.
