MONDAY 6th
Pathfinder Beavers – 6.00pm to 7.00pm – World Challenge – Part 1
Beavers should arrive at the Scout Hut between 5.45pm and 5.55pm. On arrival all Beavers should pay their subs to a leader and order tuck if they wish. Beavers should wear uniform
Monday Cubs – 6.30pm to 8.00pm – Games Night
Cubs should meet at the scout hut between 6.15pm and 6.25pm. On arrival, cubs should sign in at the leader table and order tuck if they wish to. Cubs should wear full uniform and bring a coat. Cubs should also bring a full change of clothes and a towel.
Explorers – 7.30pm to 9.30pm – Games Night
Explorers should arrive at the hut between 7.15pm and 7.25pm. On arrival explorers should sign in and pay their subs at the subs table. Explorers need to wear full uniform and bring changedown clothes.
TUESDAY 7th
Woodward Beavers – 6.00pm to 7.00pm – World Challenge – Part 1
Beavers should arrive at the Scout Hut between 5.45pm and 5.55pm. On arrival all Beavers should pay their subs to a leader and order tuck if they wish. Beavers should wear uniform.
Hopkins Cubs – 7.00pm to 8.30pm – Games Night
Cubs should meet at the scout hut between 6.45pm and 6.55pm. On arrival, cubs should sign in at the leader table and order tuck if they wish to. Cubs should wear full uniform and bring a coat. Cubs should also bring a full change of clothes and a towel.
Haddon Scouts – 6.45pm to 9.00pm – World Faiths and International
This week Haddon Scouts will be visiting Walsgrave Multi faith room.
Scouts should arrive at the Scout Hut at 6.45pm, and will be back at the scout hut for pick up at 9.00pm. On arrival Scouts should sign in at the leader table and pay their subs. Scouts should wear full uniform and bring changedown clothes.
WEDNESDAY 8th
Wilson Scouts – 7.00pm to 9.00pm – Outdoor Challenge
Stag, Wolf & Lion are meeting at the Nook at 6.55pm by the Main entrance in The Willows CV12 0NX. Scouts will not need to wear uniform but wear old clothes and strong footwear suitable for working outdoors, whatever the weather.
Bulldog, Raven & Cobra are meeting at the Scout Hut as normal in full uniform and bring change-down as normal.
THURSDAY 9th
Barlow Beavers – 6.00pm to 7.00pm – World Challenge – Part 1
Beavers should arrive at the Scout Hut between 5.45pm and 5.55pm. On arrival all Beavers should pay their subs to a leader and order tuck if they wish. Beavers should wear uniform.
Walton Cubs – 7.00pm to 8.30pm – Games Night
Cubs should meet at the scout hut between 6.45pm and 6.55pm. On arrival, cubs should sign in at the leader table and order tuck if they wish to. Cubs should wear full uniform and bring a coat. Cubs should also bring a full change of clothes and a towel.
FRIDAY 10th to SUNDAY 12th
District Camp
All members who are booked onto district camp should arrive at Willesley Scout Camspite wearing full uniform at 6.00pm on Friday, and should be picked up at 4.00pm on Sunday. You can find the full camp information and kit list here
When dropping off and picking up please follow the directions of the site staff and only use the car parks for dropping off/picking up.
District Camp – Day visit
Beavers who have booked onto the District Camp day visit should be dropped off at Willesley Scout Campsite on Saturday at 8.30am if they are joining us for breakfast, or 9.30am if they are not. Beavers should be picked up at 7.00pm. Beavers will need to wear uniform.
