Monday Beavers – 6.00pm to 7.00pm – New Year, New Start
Beavers should arrive at the scout hut between 5.45pm and 5.55pm. Upon arrival beavers should pay their subs and order tuck if they want any. Beavers should wear uniform.
Explorers – 7.30pm to 9.30pm – Ready Steady Cook
Explorers should arrive at the Scout Hut between 7.15pm and 7.25pm. Explorers should wear full uniform and bring changedown clothes that are suitable to wear outdoors.
TUESDAY 9th
Woodward Beavers – 6.00pm to 7.00pm – New Year, New Start
Beavers should arrive at the scout hut between 5.45pm and 5.55pm. Upon arrival beavers should pay their subs and order tuck if they want any. Beavers should wear uniform.
Hopkins Cubs – 7.00pm to 8.30pm – Pack Forum / Trading Post
Cubs should arrive at the scout hut between 6.45pm and 6.55pm. On arrival all Cubs should pay their subs to a leader. Cubs may wear fancy dress and bring party food if they wish to.
Haddon Scouts – 7.00pm to 9.00pm – International Penpal
Scouts should arrive at the scout hut between 6.45pm and 6.55pm. Upon arrival, scouts should pay their subs and order tuck if they want any. Scouts should wear full uniform and bring changedown clothes that are suitable to wear outdoors.
WEDNESDAY 10th
Wilson Scouts – 7.00pm to 9.00pm – Emergency Aid

District Cubs Bowling
District bowling is our yearly Cub Scout challenge day and once again it’s being held at Nuneaton’s MFA Bowling. We will meet at 10.00am outside in full uniform except shoes, white/clear soled shoes must be worn (if you haven’t got any there may be an extra £1 shoe hire charge to pay)
Parents or carers are asked to drop off Cubs at MFA Bowling at 10.00am and collect from MFA at 12.30pm

Everyone who has booked onto this should meet outside the Abbey Theatre by 11.45am. The performance starts at midday so it is important that arrives on time. All Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Explorers & Leaders need to wear uniform
