MONDAY 9th
Pathfinder Beavers – 6.00pm to 7.00pm – Nature Walk
Beavers should arrive at the scout hut between 5.45pm and 5.55pm. On arrival beavers should pay their subs at the leaders table and order tuck if they wish. Beavers should wear their uniform and bring a coat.
Monday Cubs – 6.30pm to 8.00pm – Skills Night
Cubs should arrive at the scout hut between 6.15pm and 6.25pm. On arrival cubs should pay their subs at the leaders table and order tuck if they wish. Cubs should wear full uniform and bring a coat.
Explorers – 7.30pm to 9.30pm – Come Dine with Me
Explorers should arrive at the Scout Hut between 7.12pm and 7.25pm. On arrival, Explorers should sign in at the leaders table and pay their subs. Explorers should wear full uniform and wear changedown clothes.
TUESDAY 10th
Woodward Beavers – 6.00pm to 7.00pm – Nature Walk

Hopkins Cubs – 7.00pm to 8.30pm – Skills Night

Haddon Scouts – 7.00pm to 9.00pm – “A” Frame Challenge
Scouts should arrive at the Scout hut between 6.45pm and 6.55pm. On arrival Scouts should sign in at the leaders table and pay their subs. Scouts should wear full uniform and bring changedown clothes.
WEDNESDAY 11th
Wilson Scouts – 7.00pm to 9.00pm – “A” Frame Challenge
Scouts should arrive at the Scout hut between 6.45pm and 6.55pm. On arrival Scouts should sign in at the leaders table and pay their subs. Scouts should wear full uniform and bring changedown clothes.
THURSDAY 12th
Barlow Beavers – 6.00pm to 7.00pm – Nature Walk
Beavers should arrive at the scout hut between 5.45pm and 5.55pm. On arrival beavers should pay their subs at the leaders table and order tuck if they wish. Beavers should wear their uniform and bring a coat.
Walton Cubs – 7.00pm to 8.30pm – Skills Night
Cubs should arrive at the scout hut between 6.45pm and 6.55pm. On arrival cubs should pay their subs at the leaders table and order tuck if they wish. Cubs should wear full uniform and bring a coat.
FRIDAY 13th
No Activities
SATURDAY 14th
Scout Dragon Boating
The Scout Hut will be open at 8.45am and all Scouts booked onto this activity need to arrive by no later than 9.00am. Pick up from the Scout Hut will be 5.00pm.
For on the water, Scouts will need to wear old clothes (shorts and t-shirt) including trainers or water shoes. They will need to bring a change of clothes and a towel.
Scouts will also need to bring a packed lunch and a drink although there will be a shop to purchase food if they wish.
SUNDAY 15th
Scouts “A Day in the Woods”
The Scout Hut will be open at 9.15am and all Scouts attending this activity must arrive by no later than 9.30pm. Pick up from the Scout Hut will be 6.30pm.
Scouts need to dress suitably to be outdoors all day whatever the weather. Scouts should wear old clothes. Long trousers and strong footwear are a ‘must’. Scouts need to bring a water bottle. Lunch is included in the cost of the activity.
