MONDAY 22nd
Pathfinder Beavers – 6.00pm to 7.00pm – Space Night part 2
Beavers should arrive at the Scout Hut between 5.45pm and 5.55pm. On arrival all Beavers should pay their subs to a leader and order tuck if they wish. Beavers should wear uniform
Monday Cubs – 6.30pm to 8.00pm – St George
Cubs should meet at the scout hut between 6.15pm and 6.25pm. On arrival, cubs should sign in at the leader table and order tuck if they wish to. Cubs should wear full uniform and bring a coat.
Explorers – 7.30pm to 9.30pm – Pub Games
Explorers should meet at the scout hut between 7.15pm and 7.25pm and should sign in and pay their subs to a leader. Explorers should wear full uniform and bring changedown clothes.
TUESDAY 23rd
Woodward Beavers – 6.00pm to 7.00pm – Space Night part 2
Beavers should arrive at the Scout Hut between 5.45pm and 5.55pm. On arrival all Beavers should pay their subs to a leader and order tuck if they wish. Beavers should wear uniform.
Hopkins Cubs – 7.00pm to 8.30pm – St George
Cubs should meet at the scout hut between 6.45pm and 6.55pm. On arrival, cubs should sign in at the leader table and order tuck if they wish to. Cubs should wear full uniform and bring a coat.
Haddon Scouts – 7.00pm to 9.00pm – Navigation / Our Environment
Scouts should arrive at the Scout Hut between 6.45pm and 6.55pm. On arrival Scouts should sign in at the leader table and pay their subs. Scouts should wear full uniform and bring changedown clothes.
WEDNESDAY 24th
Wilson Scouts – 7.00pm to 9.00pm – Outdoor Challenge
Scouts should arrive at the Scout Hut between 6.45pm and 6.55pm. On arrival Scouts should sign in at the leader table and pay their subs. Scouts should wear full uniform and bring changedown clothes.
THURSDAY 25th
Barlow Beavers – 6.00pm to 7.00pm – Space Night part 2

St George’s Day Parade
This St George’s Day event is for all members to attend in full smart uniform. All Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Explorers and uniformed adults are expected to attend unless they have a very good reason not to attend. Anyone unable to attend is expected to contact Woody before the start of the Parade. We will meet up in the quadrangle in front of Bedworth Almshouses between 1.00pm and 1.15 pm. Pick up will be the same place at around 3.30 pm.
