Unless it says differently Hopkins Cubs (Tuesday) and Walton Cubs (Thursday) start at the Scout Hut at 7.00pm and finish at the Scout Hut at 8.30pm. The Scout Hut will be open 15 minutes before pack night starts and Cubs should arrive no later than 5 minutes before the start time. All Cubs need to wear full and correct uniform and bring a waterproof coat.

Come and join us for Family Camp 2023! This activity camp is perfectly suited for all of the family, young and old. Come along and try something new and experience the thrills that your youngsters get from our active programme all year round.
Before paying deposits we are asking all adults to complete their DBS paperwork and hand it in along with documents needed when paying the deposit. This it to help avoid any disappointment.

This year we will be taking advantage of the camp site specific activities including things like:

Cost: £50 per person
Deposit: £20/per person due by the end of AprilThis includes camp fees, activities & food. If you need to borrow a tent please indicate on the reply slip.

Location
The cost of this camp includes food, camp fees and activities. An exciting weekend camp at Rough Close Scout Campsite in Coventry. We will be camping in tents and cooking on wood fires. The activities will be based around a ‘survival’ style. We will also be enjoying some adventurous activities based on the site.
We will be sleeping under canvas for three nights with an action packed programme of activities.
Who?
This camp is open to all Cubs in the Group.
Transport?
Unfortunately we cannot provide transport for this camp. Parents/carers will need to drop off and pick up from Rough Close Campsite.

All Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Explorers, Adults and their families and friends are invited to our celebration evening and AGM.
We’re going to get together and celebrate all of the fantastic awards and achievements that our members have worked so hard towards. During the evening there will be some award presentations, our AGM, a buffet, some games and a disco.
Please can all members wear their uniform for the start of the event but they can change into party clothes after the presentations of awards.

Location
Nuneaton Cubs are taking Warwick Castle by storm.
We’ll be watching some of the Battle of the Roses, a live bird show and plenty more.
What do I need to bring?
There are shops dotted throughout the area which includes food and refreshments.
Please bring a packed lunch as the food stalls are not always accessible.
You will need a small, school style backpack with a warm, waterproof coat, your packed lunch and a full, refillable drinks bottle.
What do I need to wear?
Cubs should be wearing their uniforms and neckas.
Transport?
The cost includes coach transport to and from Warwick castle.
Depart
From Odeon, Nuneaton at 9.15am.
Return
We’re aiming to leave the castle at 4pm, arriving back at Odeon, Nuneaton at around 4.45pm.
