All of our Sections are running virtual meetings again this week! Explorers will be meeting every other week and have a meeting this week. These meetings will be ran by your usual Leaders, at the usual time and we’re going to make them as fun and adventurous as possible!
This week Beavers are making instruments at home and then playing some tunes in our “Beaver Band”.
You can see some ideas of instruments and how to make them.
There will are only virtual meetings for Beavers on Monday evenings. Tuesday and Thursday Beavers are more than welcome to join in on Monday evenings instead.

This week the Cubs are having a virtual meeting and are making pancakes.
You’ll just need the following ingredients:
- 100g plain flour
- 2 large eggs
- 300ml milk
- 1 tbsp sunflower/vegetable oil

This week Scouts are going to be making pizzas. This will be a great evening and one not to be missed. Don’t forget to have your pizza dough ready before the meeting. If you wish you can buy a pizza base. Please make sure you have a look at the recipe and ingredients in this month’s newsletter and make sure you have everything ready for Wednesday. If you are not coming onto the Virtual Meeting on Wednesday please have a go at making it in your own time. Please do not forget to send us a photo so that we can count it for your skills challenge.
Some of you have been asking about when you can move up to Explorers and also about the DofE Award. To answer your queries and give you the information you would like we are holding a question and answer session on the virtual meeting, straight after Troop Night on Wednesday at 8.15pm. Any Scout aged 13 or over is welcome to join this session. Even if you are not on the Troop Night Meeting you can join us at 8.15pm by joining the virtual meeting.
A week on Wednesday we will be having a game of ‘Among Us’. Please look at the information in this month’s newsletter to see how to join. You will need your parent or carer’s permission for you to join the ‘Among Us’ game. They can either email [email protected] or briefly join us on the Virtual Meeting on Wednesday and give their permission online.
