Beaver Nights
Unless it says differently below all Colony Nights start at the Scout Hut at 6.00pm and finish at the Scout Hut at 7.00pm. The Scout Hut will be open from 5.45pm and Beavers should arrive by 5.55pm. All Beavers need to wear full and correct uniform and bring a coat.

Subs payments
We are currently not able to accept any cash payments. Our preferred method of payments are via bank (BACS) transfer. If you cannot do a bank transfer we do have an alternative cash free method available if necessary.
We are now accepting subs payments by BACS/standing order. If you would like to pay subs by BACS/standing order it must be paid in advance and we would suggest a payment of £13 per month. This will keep your payments on track, as with the weeks we are closed it will average out over the course of the year.
To set up to pay this way please put SUBS and your child’s name in the payment reference and email Luke at [email protected] to say that a payment has been made. We do still ask that your youngster checks in at the start of the evening, so that our fire checklist and attendance register is correct.
Activity payments
You can also pay for activities and camps in this way. Put the reference as the activity name and your child’s name and then email Luke once the payment has been made.

This year Nuneaton District Beavers will be going to the pantomime on Saturday 25th January for the matinee performance. The cost of £8.00 will also include a Goodie bag!
Beavers will need to wear full uniform. We will be meeting at the Abbey Theatre at 2.00pm ready for the showing to start at 2.30pm, and beavers should be picked up at 5.00pm.

All members, parents, member’s family and friends are all invited to come and join the fun of a family night at the races. This is one of the group’s most popular events of the year!
On Saturday 8th February, we are holding our Annual Race Night and invite all members, parents, member’s family and friends to come and join in the fun of a Family night at the races. The venue is ‘The Saunders’ in Saunders Avenue in Bedworth.
Doors will open at 7.00pm ready for the first race to start at 7.30pm. The cost of tickets are Adults £5, Children £3, which includes a meal. All tickets for this event will need to be purchased in advance, so we can order all the food in advance. Tickets will be given out once the booking form and payment has been received.
Last year we sold out of tickets for this event so please book early to avoid disappointment!

Brownies, Cubs, Scouts, Guides and Leaders from Bedworth, Bulkington & Nuneaton will be putting on a fantastic variety show at the Abbey Theatre during March 2020. It’s the perfect evening out for the whole family. Come and join us to see the fantastic Nuneaton Gang Show for 2020.
1st Bedworth will be enjoying the show on Friday 27th March. Everyone will be meeting outside the Theatre at 7.00pm and the show should end by 9.30pm where everyone needs to be collected from the theatre.
Parents, family & friends are welcome to buy tickets too. Beavers who wish to see the show need to be accompanied by an adult who will also need to buy a ticket. Cubs, Scouts & Explorers can see the show without an adult and they will be supervised by a Leader.
To buy a ticket please pay at the ‘Subs table’ when you are paying Subs, or send a BACS payment to the usual bank details. Use your youngster’s name and ‘Show’ as the reference please. Tickets are selling fast for this so to avoid any disappointment gets your tickets ASAP!

Come and join us for a fun family evening playing Prize Bingo! All money raised at this event will go towards out International 2020 camp to Kandersteg.
You can either buy your tickets at the subs table or by BACS with the reference “Bingo Tickets”. Once you have your tickets you can write your name on the back, and hand it in on arrival where the tickets will also be entered into a prize draw!
This fun event is open to everyone, so please invite your parents, grandparents, friends or anyone else along to join in! We have had lots of prizes and vouchers donated already so there is lots to win, and we always welcome more donations.

This will be a brilliant camp which will see Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Explorers and adults from most of the Scout Groups in Nuneaton District camping together for a weekend of fun and activities. Activities may include zip wire, pedal karts, archery, shooting, abseiling, climbing, kayaking , rafting, craft and much more. All of the meals will be cooked in a central ‘cookhouse’ by a catering team so that everyone taking part can have the maximum amount of time on activities. The £35 camp fee includes all activities, food and camp fees. Parents will need to arrange transport to and from Willesley Scout Camp which is in Leicestershire.
We are also looking for a number of parents who would like to join us for the weekend to help us with catering, activities and supervising the youngsters as our leadership team will be at full stretch helping to provide the many activities during the weekend. The cost for parents is just £15 to cover food & camp fees costs. Please speak to Woody for more information.
